And although I am not pleased to help a potential cheater ... the only place where you can get help is Ubisoft support.
You can contact the support by click on "HELP" in the horizontal menu of the official Ubisoft website, or by following the link - https://www.ubisoft.com/help
I am afraid I cannot help with ban appeals from here. I would therefore advise reaching out directly using the Ubisoft Support site [support.ubisoft.com] to submit an appeal.
Should you have any further trouble, just let us know
What does a hidden profile have to do with anything? If you have game bans or vac bans they show up on your profile even if it's hidden. Ask me how I know? I have a game ban for a game I don't even play, for "phone sharing". I used my phone number to 2 step authenticate 2 steam accounts, and I got a game ban from one of the counter strike games, that I don't even play. I've never cheated in a game in my life, yet I guarantee there are people cheating in whatever version of counter strike that was, who never receive bans for anything.
The best way to know the difference between legit player false bans and legitimate bans, is whether the person needs to reformat/hardware id wipe their system.
I've been banned for "cheating" as well, yet all I needed to do to keep playing was log in to another account. If I was detected using anything, I wouldn't be able to keep playing in 4 minutes.
I'm a beast in every game i play, even every genre, so being called a cheater is at best just annoying, but real cheaters are abundant. Chances are, if someone keeps prefiring only people, and claims they "droned" with the drone that hasn't left their pocket since the first 10 seconds of a match, they are cheating, and good riddance.
