game wont run on debian 11

Before going back to debian 11, i played this on arch, game was laggy at some places but was running just fine.
Now im on debian, all games i played before run just fine, except black mesa, it just stuck at loading screen

im trying to start it on laptop with nvidia gpu with command:
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME="nvidia" __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus="NVIDIA_only" %command%

if i run without command it shows me main menu but thats it, trying to load save will crash game
when i run with command it just stuck at loading
