Mods not working

i changed the gameinfo.txt and have checked it countless times, I've grabbed the .VPK file and made a custom folder + a folder inside that i put the .vpk file inside of, yet i don't see my mods there any fix to this?

Here's your mistake. You don't put the vpk files in a folder INSIDE the custom folder, you put them directly in the custom folder.

Then you’re still doing something wrong. I can’t tell you what without seeing how you have set everything up.

Additionally, it depends on what you mean by not being able to see mods “there”.
