I assumed it's A. Given what we've seen so far, Shigure is so obsessed with Kashou, that she has planned for a lot of things, even if she lacked the courage to actually directly involve herself in her plans.
Apparently, older than she looks. It's intentionally never stated. But consider that she runs a company. That suggests she's probably in her late teens, at least. Maybe even older; if one must be legally an adult for that, in Japan, that means no younger than 20. Of course, you were asking this in relation to contraceptives, for which I would think an appropriate age would be considerably younger.
So, in any case, I don't think it's an issue in this sense. There's also potentially the issue of her being rather young and Kashou not, but I would think people would object to the inc*st before that.
