NEKOPARA After

NEKOPARA After

Vis statistikker:
This game is hexed on Steam
I've noticed that you can get banned and your Guide/Discussion removed for linking the official DLC from the official sources or other things related to Nekoworks even if it's showing only the SFW cover of the game. So it seems that Steam is getting more strict about some games? Because I know other games that are published on Steam and the content of those games is way more extreme in everything. I think this could be the last game that Nekoworks publish on Steam and I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Sadly I will refund the game here and just keep the copy I bought weeks ago in another store because I don't like what's happening here. I spoke to Steam's staff and they said that the removal of the posts that included the links to the official sites was correct:winter2019neutralyul:.

No, just adding it won't do anything, it'd be quite ridiculous if it did

You're linking to an 18+ website. Saying the name is enough. You don't have to link to it. People can use Google. Folks don't even know how to be low key anymore...

Did you notice what this is all hentai games from Japan do? And not from other countries?
It's not steam rules but Japanese ones. They have strict regulations of r18.

That's not accurate, the game is censored and it's being distributed with all the content in japanese stores, they cut the content so they can sell it without restrictions due the content of their games because it's seen as offensive here, also, by doing so they can expand their reach because the game can be seen by everyone and not only by those who have the adult filter off. Nekopara vol1-3 have the DLC on steam, but it seems that the rules changed and they decided to sell or provide the conetent only in japanese stores to don't get restrictions from Steam.

The store asks for age verification and doesn't show any explicit image.

Which confirms that it's an 18+ website that you are linking to on an all-ages game's Community Hub... :steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm:

Because Nekopara is an adult game to begin with, I don't have the fault of the developers bypassing steam's rules by distributing the DLC in another store :steamfacepalm:.

You're complaining about people knowing that an adult game is an adult game. Even if the explicit scenes are removed there are a lot of adult jokes and situations inside the "all ages version". Just read the comments of Cinnamon :Cinnamonova2:.

I'm not the one complaining, genius. Take a look in the mirror.

Steam has always had a rule against linking to 18+ patches. Or even going to details or really talking much about them. Basically devs are allowed to have them, but nether they or their community can talk about them on steam. So no linking as that will for sure get you in trouble. Even saying it exits can, and saying what site has it also can. This has been the case even back for vol 1.
