New to this lol

I just got a gaming laptop. GF RTX 3050, and bought skyrim. I want to mod in some visuals for the area, maybe a new few clothing sets and i guess.. better face graphics? I'm not entirely sure how to go about doing this and would love some help. TIA :)

I'm a noob too. do i have to lauch the game as usual or by SKSE?

best bet right now is to use mods that don't need SKSE. the 64bit version is broken and has been since Skyrim last updated. and no clue if, or when it will get updated.
no clue if this version works either, it hasn't been updated in a long time.
