Seems like you abuse refunds and are pretty dumb. You gotta play the game and try to get 100%, scrub. :^)

1. Consoles ran the game at 60 fps, even the 3DS ran it at that.
2. It's a lot more than 3 hours, especially if you're going for PAR times, or you are just that good.

He wants to know if this is the same game as the previously released one (on console/handheld) but with a higher framerate (and probably other graphical improvements).

Steam is still left some discretion in deciding whether people are abusing the refund system. If you buy it just to return it, I hope they deny your request. Doing that still costs the companies involved credit card fees I imagine, so it would cost SOMEONE money.

This is a direct port of the Wii U, with added features such as a Leaderboard for comparing times, and various options you don't see in the console release.

If you already have it on the Wii U, then it's basically the same, but this game feels so good on a keyboard that I feel it's worth experiencing if you're a fan of the series.
