You're insane. That's outright remaking the games. Are you OK with buying them again?

It has been talked about, but MSF is a far less complex game than the earlier Shantae titles. But if you want to see Shantae in HD glory then you're in luck because we are hard at work on Shantae Half Genie Hero. :)

Yeah im waiting Half genie, but its a new game, i really wish to have all 4 games (yeah 1st one is not on steam, but i bet you working on it or at least thinking of doing that, Shantae sells well on steam) to be in same visual style (that fact that in Pirate curse used fully 2d plane in every levels, after semi isometric 2d plane with shifted ground that gave a little of 3d look, dissapointed me because of inconsistency between 2 games) as you have now in half genie hero.

Actually you can re-use a lot of sprites from half genie hero as base for hd updates of old shantae games, and draw whats left missing.

As for buying games agian - im really against that option, i hate all of those remastered re-releases of game i already own, and hate fragmented achivements, stats and community pages and fragmented saves, but i would buy HD update as DLC for both of exitsing games (i hope main menue arts, layout and general look and feel would be part of free update just to keep even pixelated version of Risky revenge on par with better designed menues of Pirates curse) if price would be reasonable, like 25%-35% of full game.

The only way i can accept re-release, if all 3 previous game would be release as HD trilogy built into single game that would remind Mario All Stars Cartidge that has allf 3 marios back in the old days,that will justify having separate versions of 2 games i already own. And ofcours it would be nice if for each of owned games everyone would be offered permanent -25% (not limited time upgrade like greedy publishers do) and up to -50% if both games owned.
