Suddenly won't launch

i fired it up the other night and played for several hours after seeing the new game and figure what heck lets finish it. now 5 days later it just doesnt launch at all. obviously i verifed integrity and redid prereq distributions. does this have anything to with gamespy going away? thanks in advance for anyones input on this very lonely discussion hub

I had exactly the same problem as you and installing PhysX worked for me. The strange thing is that you say that it worked before.

If that doesn't work, I found this while searching for a solution, but I haven't taken a detailed look at it.

wow. thanks a ton sillywalk! the physics fixed my problem. must have been an update from "Geforce experience" that broke it or updated because the game isnt really supported anymore. thanks again for the help!
