Game crashes on launch

I can't launch the game, due it just crashes after i press on "Play" button. It shows up im playing it, but after 3-5 seconds it just closes. Any ideas why?

Note:
I have done the following:

Validate the files
Re-Installing

Same here and tried also all above and ran it as Admin and tried other Run As XP and so on and so on and no go :( I think this game is outdated for todays systems or 64 bit OS im running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.This game hasnt been updated in years the last entry was in 2010....Also it has been removed from Steam Store also

Hmm I have no idea how I actually fixed it but I downloaded old directx/physx libraries and put them in the respective folders and reinstalled the game after deleting all data related to it. Not sure if the other stuff did anything since I did them for another game to iron out a crash and stuttering in another.

Yeah they released the Scourge:outbreak and if you bought this you get outbreak free and if you bought outbreak you get this free. So they should be in your library. Outbreak fixes most of the stuff wrong with this and then some so that one recieved updates. This is just a novelty for those who would like to see the difference now. I am also on windows 7 64 bit, AMDFX8350, Nvidia gtx 660 oc.
I can only say that a full uninstall and reinstall helped. Try to remove it through task manager.

same problem here....i not go after splash screen of unreal engine, then game crash.

Game crashes directly for me. I don't see any screen. And appears this error: "Application load error 5:0000065434". Anybody knows how to fix it?

Game crash after splash screen, unreal engine, gamespy.
Install new nvidia driver, directx, vlidate the files and stil crash.

I can see the unreal engine and gamespy screens, but only after renaming cudart.dll to cudart32_60.dll. After these screens are shown up, game crashes

game crashes for me too,i think i t has to do with something thats missing,when i check to validate steam files it says "1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired"
