Does this program works with Nintendo's Power A controller?
I recently discover this program and I think it's going to be useful to play old school game that dont have modern controller support, but the problem is, I dont have an xbox controller but I do have nintendo power a controller that kinda look and set up like an xbox controller, will I able to use that with this program or do I have to buy an xbox controller?

Thanks.

Use SteamInput. The program only works for xbox controllers, so using it is useless for you.

That being said, if you can get ds4windows to connect to your switch controller it might work. You'll need to do your own research to figure out how to connect it, because I wasn't having any luck.

Disclaimer: I was doing this for a friend, but I use an xbox controller for everything. Any kind of xbox controller will work btw.

honestly, your better off just getting an xbox controller, it keeps things far less complicated and time consuming. and if you go wireless, it's also best to use the official Microsoft dongle meant for this hookup, otherwise it will be one hell of a headache to figure out how to make everything work.

why i say all of this, is because i tried to do everything on the cheap, but the cheap isn't all that easy with windows these days, for some reason it only complicates things further and makes you angry AF when ♥♥♥♥ doesn't work like it should.
