Uninstall
Exactly what am i missing? i uninstalled this and yet every time I switch on my PC there it is again, even though it says uninstalled within steam

I am having the exact same issue. It simply won't go away, and I can't even remove it from the start up apps process.

Have you tried right-clicking the dashboard icon and clicking exit? Try that and restarting your pc.
Or maybe re-download it, find the source files, uninstalling from steam then go into the source file location and see if everything is removed. Then try the first thing I said.
