Subscribed profiles won't download
Hi there,

I have a problem I can't figure out on my own - subscribed profiles just won't download. I run Controller Companion as administrator (Win10), as in-steam app, tried restarting, etc and nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Tried on Chrome profile and Guild Wars 2 profile. Both programs are 64 bit versions, but when I run GW2 as 32bit app it doesn't change a thing - still no subscribed profile downloaded.

I did everything as in official Profiles Guide here:

Do they show inside CC? or they don't even show?

Try restarting app - did nothing.

@Black Blade you mean programs? Yeah, when I add them from recent list. But they have defauld key bindings. I have no Steam icon near them. CC didn't download a single profile since I bought it, so it never worked for me, tbh. For about a year now.

This is how it looks:

Profiles do not seem to download at all. Tryied searching for them in CC folder, but I see there nothing.

Was while restarting. CC is trying to send to clound after closing, so cloud is on and working.

I tried using "Refresh workshop profiles" too - without effects.

Ok, that's weird... profiles I subscribed just downloaded itself without doing anything. After almost a year. Now I'm curious why it suddenly worked...

If I didn't make and upload screenshots I would assumed I was trolling.

I was/am having a similar problem...I had a bunch of Profiles downloaded, then yesterday when I went to use one, they were all gone. And trying to download new ones didn't make them appear (I tried restarting the program several times). I could still create my own. I think I tried everything short of reinstalling CC. I'll try that tonight if nothing else works, unless someone has a different possible solution?

I think in my case it could be sth with "Run on admin popups and sign-in screen (Win8+)" option. It was the last I was messing around with and activated, after which restarted computer and CC itself (I have Win10).

if it's not the case - I have no more ideas ;-)
