Many have problems with it seem, it may be that the problem is one of them, the chatpad support is yet on beta, and is not 100% stable yet... you can try looking at outer guys with the problems for some fixs maybe.. did you try them?

I read other threads. I tried restarting/disconnecting/etc but nothing works. I really wanted to use the chatpad from the couch. The virtual keyboard is too slow.

Well it may improve over time, cant really say if it will work later on or not, so i guess you will have to hope the Dev can fix it before the refund time is up, or you can try to keep it and see if maybe it fix it after that.. best of luck any case

It seems decent otherwise. I might as well keep it for $3 and hope for the best. It's nice to not have to get off the couch when I want to use the TV with my duel TV/PC screen set up. The screen switching is broken for me though, since I have both of them on at the same time if I try to switch them then it disables the other one and I can only use one screen at a time until I go back into the screen setting options and restore the 2 screens.
