Hi, From what I gather "shared library locked" has to do with that your friend shares their game library with someone else, like a family member and that the other person currently plays a game, but I will investigate further. What platform (Windows, linux, osx) are you and your friend using? How did you invite the person, Steam Remote Play or regular multiplayer (e.g. the yellow "CO-OP MULTIPLAYER" button in Animated Puzzles main menu)? Did the error occur directly when your friend tried to start the game or later, like when you pressed start?

I was trying to do remote play together and they got the error as soon as they accepted the invitation. It looks like it may potentially be a problem with our network setup, based on what I've seen about remote play with other games.

I think you might be right. For Remote play together, the firewall seems to be the most common issue for this error.
