Transfer from oculus store to steam
So I bought this on the oculus store not realizing it was on steam where there is a community hub is it possible to transfer that purchase without buying again or can I get the content on the oculus version?

No, the wireless app on Pico/Quest is entirely different and there’s no cross-buy
