Virtual Desktop

Virtual Desktop

How do you enable the other desktop?
It says 3d-side by side monitor support, but all I know how to do is switch to the next monitor. Is it possible to have both monitors open at once? How do I do that?

Assuming your have a wired PCVR headset, you can click “multi-monitor” under screen options

3D Side-by-side refers to 3D SBS movies that have the left and eye image images side by side in the video

That means its not detecting another monitor in Windows. Make sure your display settings are set to extend displays

Yeah I got it thanks. Is there a way to have another virtual desktop - for single monitor users similar to how windows does it, or atleast pop some windows out into the virtual world?

It isn’t possible to pop windows out of the screen and capture them individually as only the entire screen can be captured with decent performance

you can try this: Activating a Secondary Display on Windows 10 when no Monitor is Connected[www.amyuni.com]

I tried it and it worked just fine to have a second or even third monitor in windows.
Unfortunately i am so used to single monitor i didnt use the virtual ones, so cannot give feedback about long term usage or performance.
