audio sync / delay
On 4k video audio is delayed by about 5 seconds.

I have installed HEVC video extension from MS store.

I tried changing DXVA to Direct 3d (on the Video tab, little cog on the upper left).

I have the latest Windows updates and audio drivers for my sound device. Have tried Enable and disable the “Virtual audio driver” option in the Audio tab.

Anything else I can try or this app just does not work with high res video?

Depends on the resolution and your graphics card. Can you share a download link for the video so I can try from here?

Got it working.... Changing those settings worked... for some reason after I changed them they weren't saving, kept defaulting back, after a few tries and reboots seems to be fixed...
