Quest Pro with VD, unable to see top right toolbar icon on Steam start. Used to be able to till today. When I start SteamVR manually in library, I receive error:

Steam VR Error
SteamVR failed to initialize for unknown reasons. (Error: VR API not loaded (101) (101))

I'm able to run SteamVR, and run a game directly from the library.
I'm specifically using VRChat but it will work for a little bit, then receive immense amounts of lag, then crash to home. After crashing I would receive said error.

I thought it was something related to updates, so I went from Win 10 > 11, updated every driver I had, and updated my BIOS to current day. Switched from beta to previous branch, to live. Still receiving error.

I'm thinking this is related to the new Steam client update, but I'm not too sure, and I"m out of ideas.
