Kaspersky deletes Nimbatus
I got this game recently, and about 8 hours in, Kaspersky Security Cloud killed the game, forced a PC restart and deleted the game and save files. I'm really disappointed to lose a day of playtime, for what is actually quite a fun game. It's especially irritating though when I come here and I can see posts about this issue going back three years. Please can the devs get onto Kaspersky to get their game whitelisted (and keep it there).

I wrote Kaspersky multiple times to whitelist it.
According to VirusTotal it is not wrongly detected as virus by any antivirus software. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/3e372d36c60bdb05cdfa4b71abbe9dace8d10c329ee33b08692d70a81e690199/detection

I'm not sure what else we can do to fix it. I'll just write them again.
If you downloaded the official game from steam it won't contain any viruses.

Honestly, so long as I can play for a few hours at a stretch, having the game periodically killed by the antivirus isn't the biggest issue. However, the fact it wipes the save files makes the game unplayable. Is there any way the saves can be saved in a way that doesn't get wiped? Maybe on steam cloud?

Im going to whitelist it and see what it does about that. Strange that its not a Heuristics match, it says "Exact" which is strange and seems demonstrably false.
