*does anyone else have replay issues?

*i thought it was a SAI character and stage only thing, but it was with more then all of the workshop characters i have (Example: Papyrus)

*i can't record for so long since i have a bad PC, but previously there wasn't any issue like this and any stress the replay goes through besides a few characters that perpously mess with the game (like MissingNo) even then- it was still mild at best, but now it just straight up doesn't work.

*what's with the new changes/limitations?
