Game don't start FAQ
The game don't start on steam.
Try to start the game from the game folder.
(Right Click on the game > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files)

Windows: missing DLL api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found."
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.
If it's already installed and the error persists, put this dll here:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and C:\Windows\System32

The game crash at launch.

Be sure to create an exception for the game or the steam folder if you have an antivirus

If nothing works, and your problem is caused after a patch, try to remove the "asset" folder manually and reinstall the game on steam.

I'm having an issue on launch that doesn't involve any of this, it seems I can't play the game at all, I've uninstalled twice, whenever I attempt to play I get a prompt from Steam that reads: "Access is denied" (0x5). I attempted to fix this by reinstalling to another drive, but I'm still unable to play.

Hi, can you try to start the game directly from the game folder?

I did, the issue remained, very sorry, turned out to be my antivirus blocking the application.

Hello there :) Game freeze right after World is loaded. First time was happen during start crash sequence then I had to Kill process and start game again and now everytime game world is finnish loading game freeze. Game has fresh install. New World and chracter were created. Help

Hello,
what is your OS?
Can you try to delete manually the "assets" folder in the installation folder and reinstall the game on steam?

Windows 10 Pro. Sorry for problem. Already created third New World and it worked :) I'll will remove everthing related to game and reinstall. I wonder is this gonna help with corrupted world.

Nope. Second world still cause freeze. But third works like a charm so I'm gonna stay there :)
