General problems FAQ

Sound issue, music but no sfx.

The game don't start.

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found."

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.
If it's already installed and the error persists, put this dll here:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and C:\Windows\System32

The game is unable to create a directory for the save file, and show a runtime error black screen

Check your user rights, and if the problem persists, try to change manually the save folder:
