In the far jungle (opposite end of map from snow and mountain biomes) are snake creatures that can drop them.

there are a lizard tribe on the deep jungle, it is right after the desert (that is usually opposite the snow)
Deep Jungle is right after the jungle, you will know it when the music turns more like a ambience with drums and dark background.
