Report a translation problem
You can make a hand crank and place it next to a gear, connect the gear to another (hover over it and press R) which is placed next to the gear part of e.g. a milling machine. That milling machine will then do its thing when you start producing power with the hand crank.
There is also a ready made windmill + milling machine not far from the spawn and the 4th tab in the F1 help (the gear icon) has entries for e.g. cogs and mechanical energy with moving examples pictures.
