So civ 3 has always been buggy in my steam library, like i have to either restart my comp or click my mouse during the opening animations or else only a quarter of the screen shows the game. Which I don't mind doing, but now when i try to move the tab to increase scientific research no longer increases the rate at which advances are aquired. Any help?
