Found a bug - when completing worker and downgrading city to a town
So here is the thing: I have 7 pop city, producing worker and 16 food in storage.
Next turn I get +5 food (no problem here I guess) worker completing so -1 pop and here is the thing - I downgraded my city to pop 6 town my storage is again limited to 20 and because I have 21... hello! that means I should get back to pop 7 city right now!

The brutal reality is I get empty storage and 6 pop town next turn. So I paid for worker 2 pops this time. Not good.

Holy crap, it's even worse - regardless of my storage when I build worker at pop7 next turn I got pop6 and all storage reduced to zero. Come on man...
This is situation without granary btw.
