Question about bordung ships
Can you lead or send a boarding team to help loot, takeover, or raid a ship? It would be nice to actually have big battles inside of ships. Also, defend against pirate raids.

You can order them to be moved to another ship, they will engage enemy npc automatically.
you can then store loot to the captured ship, leave your crew in the ship and sail it.

The crew combat AI never impressed me in earlier versions (and I don't think it's been improved upon) So I never bother taking crew with me when I board ships. Better have them waiting on my ship in case I need to occupy their head after a boarding mishap.

Also, they will not help you carry loot.
