I just started the game, and the tutorial already feels frustrating and confusing. The AI is playing into the tired "mean AI" trope, and worse, it's not actually teaching me anything useful.

Is the rest of the game like this? Because if the tutorial is supposed to give me a taste of what's to come, I'm not feeling very encouraged right now.
