boarding a ship with EVA doesn't seem to work at all. i have an EVA suit, i can see the button prompt "[F]Enter Ship" when right above its airlock, but pressing the button simply doesn't do anything.

even when i make sure to be exactly in the right spot, and killing my movement to 0m/s in that spot, nothing happens when i try to board. i just keep floating in space until i run out of oxygen and die.

and yes, i'm talking about boarding ships with *unlocked* airlock, not enemy ships that prevent me from boarding/docking. walking out the airlock of my own ship, and then trying to immediately get back inside that ship (regardless of whether i use the same airlock, or a different airlock on the same ship, and even if the ship is standing still and not docked to anything else) simply doesn't work.


i found an old bug report here from a year ago that said something similar, but there haven't been any further responses on fixes or it being a known issue.
