Bugs I noticed, quite long but hopefully helps :)

*******Shady dealer mission to kill a certain person can crash the game when it tries to spawn the waypoint I think, theres a small dely before the game crashes and hangs for a split second then crashes. I think that was the crash thingy you added which ignored that error and then it happend again which crashed the game********

*******middle clicking to tell crew to go on the airlock portion of a docked ship crashes the game instantly*******

*******-When using the engineering room to direct power every change to the power system will bombard the player with this mesage that tells him the change has been saved. Cycle 3 times on a capital ships of 20+ shield emmiters to disable them and you will see this mesage 60+ times so around an hour of not being able to see********

*******-Ships in the grey zone don't do anything once docked at a megamall, tried this last night and freelancer ships were docked there for 3 hours+ doing nothing*******

*******-Ships which are big enough will clip through debris if too big when trabeling to the broken gate in the upper sector causing massive damage to the player's ship*******

*******-Destroyed ships or unatended ships which are in movement will starts bouncing off everything upon contact sometimes going at the speed close to light and tearing through asteroids... no joke, its hilarious but totally broken, I even lost my capital ship to this glitch and had to spawn another one. *******

-Interdictor if equipped on a ship will prevent it from traveling which is absolutely broken, it should be an ability that the commander has control over and not something that harms everyone on-board 24/7 dying of old age before reaching their destination

-pirate crew on-board the pirate cove stations will attack the player even if he is allied which makes no sense even if those are huge stations with around 30 cabins which I assume would be their residential stations but considering theres only 2-3 crew per station why are they "defending" their station from the player?

*********-trading display on the map is most likely broken considering prices say its sometimes 700 per slot for snacks at a farm yet once there its 14 credits per item... and also it is really hard to tell what is what since every item is showing up with very direct info and without clear red or green color to show profit its hard to tell what to look at.*******

*********-marv and tony not using gunnery console even when told to do so and will sit there in the seat just doing nothing while the ship is being shot at and them having half the guns on the ships. Sometimes they will use the guns but 70% of the time they don't do jack♥♥♥♥*******

-The fact you can sell blueprints for things that havent been researched or simply put in the research bank can be very problematic in the long run and should really be changed considering how rare blueprints are.

-no big ships ever spawns in saves... In the past there was cap ships near the sun and between the yellow and grey zone but now there is nothing to fight! Adding to this is the lack of trading ships and the reduced amount of stations (shipyards and mega-mall) to simply 1 mega-mall that has broken trading ship behavior and the amount of intersting things going down in the star system is less than the amount of space traffic in real life (aka barely nothing and you have to wait real-time days for something to happen)

-Ships once killed respawn at a ridiculously low rate meaning the player has to willingly keep them alive in order to "bread" further ships so he can blow them up for fun. Adding to this the increasing amount of large ship concentration only around dungeons which doesnt respawn makes this even worst.

******-alot of abandonned stations don't show up on the map... almost all of them actually******

-starter base can get destroyed by player spawned ships of using the console ( this doesnt mean its the console the problem as this could also mean player ships with enemy crew could do the same thing)

*******-flotillas not actually spawning in-game (theindividual ship hulls do appear in game but big ship fleets aren't) or rather spawn but only replace vanilla ships so basicly, if you have a flotilla with capital ships, they won't spawn because the game doesn't seem to spawn them anymore in the game which really makes the campaign boring despite this new feature :(******

*******-spawning freelancer ships will just make them sit there until shot at. Once something damages them they will go on a killing sprea for no reason*******

*******-anna's mission to kill ships and station has no waypoint, the counter also breaks if reloading a save from time to time and reloading in greg's base will sometimes break the ai and they will not spawn any crew yet show up as red triangles when zoomed out so you have to litteraly relaunch the game to fix this as reloading wont be enough in most cases*******

*******-the warp ability from the ship found in the icy sectors only allows you to make tiny jumps and not actually teleport anywhen which makes no sense and how are we suppose to find it anyway... I found it out of pure luck.*******

-equipping the warp drive or dome on any other ship wont make it work for an odd reason despite being hooked-up correctly

-NO ZOOM IN BUILD MODE WHY THIS IS INSAN- my bad this just drives me nuts, same goes for the ability to zoom out in ship view now but not closer to see the detail, WHY?!?

-npc ships not using the travel drive, I don't know if its a glitch or just not in the game yet but it should really be focused on considering how much of an advantage it gives the player in combat

-repair drone bays only limited to 2 per gunnery slot so 20 max per ship, this should be changed to every drone connected to example #1 deploying upon activation so this would fix the glitch where for some reason after hooking up a certain amount of drones to a gunnery console they will not show the icon of the drones but their white charging bar will and you can't deploy thembecause of said glitch. Lastly there shouldnt be a max amount of repair drones allowed as this would be a dumb balancing attempt, the player should have the ability to design what ever kind of abomination if their ship allows it and only be limited by power constraints. On top of this some ships are so big that adding a cap will just prevent players from simply overriding a dumb limit that makes no sense considering the fact that this could litterally be a combat desing tactic for a ship that uses this ability to be extremely hard to take down. There isn't enough diversity in combat for this to be left aside, especially in a world where making matter out of energy is possible.
^^^^******-=Long story short, if you have too many drone bays, the ability gliches out and cant be activated=-*******

******entering a tavern that is on-board a ship will crash the game. Same thing for blueprint shop and equipment shop******* yet having the lift pads inside a ship will allow a player to use them and not crash the game. Also having the ability to equip a ship with a tavern or shops would be really cool and avoid unnecessary travelling and even allow massive ships to become mobile trading hubs. Everything is already in the game and its only a matter of activating the code that allows accessing them on a station to simply fix this crash and make the game alot more creative when it comes to personnalizing ships.

**********-Deleting shields in build mode or right-clicking on empty tiles not situated on the ships frame rather will make the game hang really hard to the point that spamming right click on those void tiles can crash the game.********

This should be everything I noticed. Some aren't glitches as much as they are mere suggestiong but I really felt like making this whole list a one stop deal. Also love the game :) hope we get something as dynamic as starsector in the future!
