Steps to reproduce:

- Create profile, create "new world", play for an arbitrary amount of time.
- Decide you want to start over, delete profile.
- Create new profile, call it the same name as before
- Go to create "new world" in menu, call it the same as before (why would world persist outside of profile? not clear!)
- Get error indicating a world with that name already exists
- No further prompts, no keyboard input, can only alt+tab/taskman/whatnot to kill game and re-enter.
