Pretty basic, but if you try to repair a ship with a second ship that has repairdrones, you can use them without waiting for the cooldown.

Send drone to repair the ship, dock ship to damaged one, get over there and into the pilot seat, then return to the repair drone ship, which now has a usable drone, even though the other one is still repairing. Can be done multiple times, until the drones finish their work.
