"Building a Team" not triggering dialogue with One to check out stations.
I suspect the problem is that the items aren't in fact spawning on the stations, and hence the stations aren't triggering the quest if I understand how it works.

This is a new world generated on latest pub build

Yea it annoying hell out me cann't get merv in my group. I liked the old research system better as it was simple to use and understand it gave me the bum.

it triggered this time around. Two times before it never triggered.

This time when I went into the station it suggested I look, there where three schematics for the brain transmitter.

My problem is that will fire. But there no way to unlock the slots after the mission.

Root cause is the random method was not threadsafe and was returning 0's causing my quest objective to never spawn (as well as other problems)

i have this issue. it had fired at one point but i may have quit the game and came back or something now its not firing. is there a specific station to check?
