[0.9.0.8][Kill Budd / Greg not completing]
Started a new world with existing profile (to avoid the grind) in hopes of completing the quest. The dialog is fixed, the ship spawns at the correct time, still only 1 crew. Upon destruction, neither quest is marked as complete.

Same. also wasn't able to get ship design from navigation room

Issue persists with 0.9.0.11.
I started a new profile with new world from a clean install on a new PC and had the same problem. Only one ship spawned. I boarded it and killed the only crew member on the ship. I was not able to get the design.
I even repaired the entire thing and then blew it up again to the pixel.
