Scrapping a ship in 0.9a

The "kill greg" mission is bugged

Crew won't man gunnery consoles when a passanger is on board

Occasionally crew refuse to man their gunnery consoles

[0.8.4.02] Starting new game on existing profile makes ships unavailable
