i have closed all victory conditions to be able to kill every other civ. So this is the last system in enemy control. But i am just unable to attack and hav eno clue why. The Translation from the tooltip says something like: "enemy fleet can not take part in combat" Doesnt make any sense to me but thats wath it says. I am at war with him so this is not the problem. plz tell me wath swrong i am almost finished with this game...

Sorry to say this, but the white ship you can see in the screenshot is part of a quest, and there's a bug where that ship blocks invasions even though it should not.
The only reliable workaround I know is blowing the system up with an Obliterator, though I never tried just blowing the ship up with a Juggernaut Ion Wave.

No, in this case you can not do the quest. The whole problem is that the AI has received that quest, but never met the conditions, so the ship just hangs around their capital system, blocking invasions when it should not.

Just ran into this. What a bummer. Kinda messed up my entire final plan :(
