I got to the part where you have to fight the robot armors. We're scripted to lose, but instead of losing the game considered it a win, sent me to the cutscene with Fluffy, gave me the quest complete achievement, then sent me to the gangster hideout.

Except it simultaneously unlocked the questline where I have to get Mack's power armor to get through the robots.

Now the gangster hideout is gone, my character's house is also gone, I spoke with Adrian to move to my place and now Roy's house is also gone. I have no ways of getting more reputation with the gangsters and my savefile seems to be permanently stuck in this doomed, buggy world.
