After starting the dark fist quest-line, I clicked the laptop and got the prompt to go to the biker location. I clicked on the map button to go back to the normal map because I wanted to do something else first. Now I can't get back to the laptop screen.

SOLVED: The laptop will reactivate after 7-ish days.
