I was in Russia, Ivan was just about telling me about the medal, but only yhe cutscene was playing without subtitles, this lead into thinking this was a bug, so I had to close it manually using the Task Manager. After reopening the game, I picked up the storyline and defeated Ivangief, but no event triggered, so I didn’t receive the medal.

Ivan told me, “You shouldn’t be here,” and sent me back home.
Now, I can’t proceed with the story; Roy is still around, Mick doesn’t say anything relevant and I have nothing to do anymore.
