Slow Walk Bug

Staring yesterday, where ive tried to play punch club in a stream, the main dude would walk so slowly that itd take me 10 seconds to move from the middle of my room to the bed. I dont know what the problem is but help would be appreciated.

Its fixed for me now. I didnt do anything but now my game works fine.

2- Click Properties

4- Click on APPLY and then OK and you can play the game without this problem.

I no longer knew what to do to solve this BUG and I was testing the compatibility mode and I ended up solving this problem in my game. If it worked out with you, say something for feedback.

Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (fossa-shireen X44) here you just need to launch the game through a discrete graphics card without starting Steam

i tried to do this on windows 11 but im still having the same issue
