I'm a person who easily gets motion sickness from low fields of view/framerate caps and this game didn't bother me one bit and there is no advantage to 120hz in a game like this. Also I recommend if you do own a 120hz+ that you play in windowed mode so you're in the refresh rate but just capped in the game itself.
It might be easier to watch and i use the mouse to click things. Im legally blind so my eyes are straining anyway with my perscription, so high resfresh rates are very noticable
