Add Stamina-Only training to Russia
When I was in russia training to fight the Zangief, I found none of the training provided stamina exclusive.

Found it very difficult to maintain my high stamina in this environment.

I dealt with this issue, I had like a 8/12/14 build and when I went to russia it dropped making my stamina character all of a sudden a agility character with 8/15/13 and he was and is impossible to beat because of this sadly...
