No its not meant to be used by the players without exploits

But I'm fine with using this exploit on seeker and other evil creatures. I just don't want to use it on 100% human magicians because I don't wanna kill them

Does anyone ever encountered seeker or skeleton mage with this spell? Or does that rune sometimes really lay in that cave under stone circle?

Seekers use stronger version of this spell. Its also not for the players

Conscussion bolt is stronger than these weird fireballs they use and it knocks down regular humans, this is why it's cool

Eh maybe it's placed randomly on places like that cave or behind orc wall, depends on our luck

i still remember i was able to loot special spells from the high mages once you kill them but i think they patched that out

It's still working but I don't wanna kill innocent humans as I stated above
