Game freezes on loading map after changing settings (Endgame beta)

Validating game files works but for some reason it resets all settings, after I change the settings back though the loading freezes again.

Mainly disabling settings like grappling, mobility stuff and perks

definitely seems like it might be the mobility but i'll have to see while testing.

Whilst testing i discovered that the grapple beam is the setting that freezes it ATM. this will be fixed.

for the time being i'd keep the grapple beam on and unbind the key for grapple
