I see 154 SF and what seems to be a location in the game.

I don't think so. It's too damn hard. The hints are too vague. :(

The image is the key, so it's most likely a map and not so much about the characters found in it. SF is probably Seaweed Forest and there is a shipwreck behind the worm boss door that reads 451 on its side.
