My guess would be the fix for the achievement. That or he fixed everything that was atrocious about the game. I'd be surprised though.

Everything atrocious is going to be updated once all the achievements are updated. For now, the update was an achievement fix for the first achievement. Everything else (All new achievements, stat fixes, enemy changes, spawn rates, etc.) will be updated in a few days.
An Option menu was also added.
