I'm writing this post to share my excitement about this gem of a game, and while at it convince readers-potential buyers that are considering to get it. (the current price is a complete steal for the amount of quality content and hundreds, or thousands of hours of fun it has to offer).

So I knew about Dominions and about its relatively small yet loyal fanbase. I purchased Dom4 myself in the past, but due to its very steep learning curve I haven't really gotten into it (yet). CoE4 however is a different story. I jumped right in immediately after watching a 15min gameplay video. The gameplay is pretty minimalistic and straightforward, new-player friendly. The game is simply amazing. An acually fun strategy game, really well made and obviously well thought out. I'm often a picky, easily annoyed gamer yet I haven't found any flaws at all here (except maybe not being able to change the capital, but in the end it's alright and part of the game). If you think you won't like it aesthetically, don't be fooled, you get used to the graphics really fast. They are actually pleasant!

Easy to learn, hard to master sort of game! The world appears very realistic and diverse, with all the different races, troops, spells and whatnot. I bought it couple days ago on discount, have over a dozen hours so far, and I'm absolutely sure I'll get to many hundreds in the future. I haven't had that much fun in a game for a really long time. With all the different customizable settings, there is a guarantee no two games will look the same. I'm so impressed and satisfied! Bravo illwinter, bravo; thank you so much for this game.

So yeah, hope more people will find out about this wonderful game and give it a try. I didn't expect such quality experience. Oh, and there's multiplayer. If I'm having so much fun in SP, I can only imagine what's gonna happen in MP! Add me if you're a noob (or not) and wanna give mp a try sometime.
