Sorry, guys, I've only recently returned to the game and I can't see in patchnotes whether it was changed or not (though there are just too many things I can't recognize yet).

So, was it somehow changed, or you can still stack unlimited number of Tribal Kings into the same city and generate an army of slaves per turn?

One more question: is the size of a settlement affects how many slaves you summon? I've asked this some years ago, but never got an answer ;_;
