Golem afflictions
Why in the world would a statue suffer from a chest wound or whatever else? Enchanters have it bad enough already, please make golems immune to afflictions in CoE 5.

Adding ability to forge item that grounts regeneration to the golems would be nice as well.

Or, maybe, let their heroes distribute a fixed amount of health to constructs per turn - removing the afflictions should they stay - so there would be more sense in ussing them on-field.

That's a good idea; or maybe a new agent type who specializes in fixing damaged golems over time.

What about specific afflictions for different unit types? That would require a lot of work though, given the raw number of units in the game :D

Pale Ones already have "specific" affliction - Lost the only eye. It doesn't have to be the whole new set - just Chest Wound, Temporal Insanity and the likes could be converted into something more proper (moving statues can still lose limbs, for example).

I've thought for a long time that there's room for enchanters to be the "item forging" class. The ability to forge randomized items at a high cost in materials would do a lot to make up for their issues without tilting the balance too far in their direction.
